If your cooking beef...It is time for Hardcore Black!

HC Black is my favorite seasoning for steaks...but, also been putting them on my ground brisket burgers too. So good! I also add a little Texas Jalapeno Salt! I was cooking for our youth group at church last week, about 150 burgers. I used fresh ground beef, not the frozen stuff. I used HC Black, and they loved it!

I put that shit on everything!!!!!!

I really do put hardcore carnivore black on everything . It goes great on ALL red meat chicken and pork . But my favorite is on a venison steak . I’ve even been known to put a sprinkle on my eggs . I really do believe this is the best rub I’ve ever used .
