We took our award-winning Texas Red chili recipe and turned it into a convenient seasoning packet. You'll find two complete recipes right on the back of the box, and our mix goes great with diced or ground beef, venison, elk, turkey and pork and more!
Each box contains FOUR packs of chili mix that make up to 2 pounds per pack - and comes with two different recipes, and it's proudly blended in Texas.
Our chili seasoning is ONLY available on this website, and is a limited batch for the colder months, so y'all stock up while you can!

Most folks under-season. Go generous—especially on big cuts in if you're using the grill. When you flip meat some of the seasoning can shake off, so it helps to add a little extra.LAYER YOUR FLAVOR
You can use seasoning before and after cooking. A light dusting post-cook helps sharpen flavors without overpowering. Play around with mixing different flavors for contrast and complexity.TIMING MATTERS
If your seasoning has salt, apply it 45 minutes before cooking- or right before it hits the heat. Anywhere in between can pull moisture to the surface and dry it out.

Bought from store thru Amazon so it may not have a “verified” label. Love the videos and recipes, but this mix was a miss for me. Too much cumin which overpowers everything, except for a trailing cinnamon flavor. I used the mix to make the smoke chili meatloaf that I saw from a reel. Guess I will go back to my other brand to try the smoked meatloaf again.
I got this along with an assortment of other spices for my hubby for Christmas. We made the chili today and it was awful. Did we get a bad batch? It smelled & tasted sweet kind of a hint of cinnamon. We couldn’t eat it. Threw it out! I was sad!
I make a chili that has beans. My wife prefers hers without beans. I bought this to try for her. Easy to make and we both agree that it's very tasty.
It's my wife's favorite so far. If I could get her to like my chili.....it means it's good! Not too spicy, just right!
I always made mine from scratch, but yours is so good it's a no Brainer, just follow the instructions and you can have fantastic results, tweek it if you want but you don't have to, thank you, I Love it John from upstate NY !
