Hardcore Carnivore - Shipping & Returns


Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. We primarily use USPS and Fedex for our shipments.

Shipping transit times are generally 2-5 business days for domestic US deliveries and 7-10 business days for international deliveries. Greater than 98% of our shipments are within this window. 

Please note - there are weight limitations on international orders and we are unable to ship the bulk boxes to non-US addresses. If you are an international customer having trouble checking out, try removing some items from your cart.  

Brazilian customers: due to frequent issues with the Brazilian postal service of lost, unclaimed or undelivered packages, we cannot replace or refund any orders shipped to Brazilian addresses. Order at your own risk.

Returns, refunds and exchanges:

  • We are unable to offer exchanges on items, so please choose carefully.
  • We offer returns and replacements for defective, broken or missing items. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
  • Refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis, but we try to look after our customers as best we can. There may be a restocking fee in some cases.
  • Contact us at shop@hardcorecarnivore.com prior to returning any items and within 28 days of purchase.
  • International items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If a package is unclaimed or returned, it may be subject to a handling fee.
  • Customer is solely responsible for entering correct shipping address.
  • If you are ordering to a hotel or temporary address, we are not responsible if your package shows up after the time of checkout, or is misplaced by the front desk.
