    The Texan tradition of smoke sausages just got a little more Hardcore. Our smoked sausages are small-batch crafted in Texas from quality meat, premium spices and smoked with a real hickory hardwood for maximum flavor.

    Right now, we have four permanent flavors in the line:

    • Prime Rib
    • Beef with real brisket
    • Jalapeno Cheddar
    • Butter Garlic

    These sausages are ONLY available at select H-E-B grocery stores, so you'll have to make a trip to Texas if you'd like to try em!

      SEASON LIKE A PRO

      DON'T BE STINGY
      Most folks under-season. Go generous—especially on big cuts in if you're using the grill. When you flip meat some of the seasoning can shake off, so it helps to add a little extra.
      LAYER YOUR FLAVOR
      You can use seasoning before and after cooking. A light dusting post-cook helps sharpen flavors without overpowering. Play around with mixing different flavors for contrast and complexity.
      TIMING MATTERS
      If your seasoning has salt, apply it 45 minutes before cooking- or right before it hits the heat. Anywhere in between can pull moisture to the surface and dry it out.
