Smoked Boston Butt covered in Red

Fired up the smoker last Sunday for a Boston Butt. Just received my latest order of Hardcore Carnivore seasonings and covered the Boston Butt with the Red. 10 1/2 hours later, this Boston Butt had a great dark red bark and amazing taste. Looking forward to my next day of smoking ribs and Boston Butts covered in the Hardcore Carnivore Red seasoning.

Best Pork Chops

The combination of the red and yellow seasonings make the best pork chops! Sometimes just to vary them though, I’ll use that combo on one side, turn the chops over, and use some other kind, but the most important seasoning is the red/yellow.

Haven’t tried that yet but we love the black. But it a little too salty.

Only Brand We Use

Only way my food could taste better is if Jess herself cooked it!

The Red is a go-to for pork and chicken.
