Next Level Customer Service!

I ordered the new Cajun Rub, Gloves and the Texas Red Chili Mix a few weeks back and when my order arrived, the Chili Lime rub was accidentally packed instead of the Cajun. I reached out to customer service and Noah got right back to me and apologized for the inconvenience. The gloves looked to be of good quality. Both pairs are going to be Christmas gifts to BBQ / Smoking friends, so I have not had the opportunity to test them.
