Sharp, cuts very and handles the job
Very sharp and feels very comfortable in my hand. Great for trimming fat and silver skin off of meat. Very pleased. Hope it holds its blade.
Came across this brand totally by chance, decided to try the Lamb seasoning, and absolutely loved it.
