As Texan as cowboy boots and smoked brisket, jalapeño salt is the unofficial seasoning of the Lone Star state. We Texans like our flavors big and bold, and this shaker is packed with the good stuff. Think of it as salt, with extra attitude.
TO USE: shake on protein or vegetable of choice, or add to any recipe that needs a little kick of seasoned heat. (But y'all - this product contains REAL jalapeño powder, so when you open your container don't lean in for a deep sniff unless you wanna have a coughing session!)
Shaker Jar net weight: 11 oz.
Mega Pack net weight: 59.5 oz.

SEASON LIKE A PRO
DON'T BE STINGY
Most folks under-season. Go generous—especially on big cuts in if you're using the grill. When you flip meat some of the seasoning can shake off, so it helps to add a little extra.LAYER YOUR FLAVOR
You can use seasoning before and after cooking. A light dusting post-cook helps sharpen flavors without overpowering. Play around with mixing different flavors for contrast and complexity.TIMING MATTERS
If your seasoning has salt, apply it 45 minutes before cooking- or right before it hits the heat. Anywhere in between can pull moisture to the surface and dry it out.

Michael Lurie Jess I gotta tell ya - I love using this stuff as a primary seasoning layer on beef ribs, brisket, anything beefy. It adds a really nice flavor. I use it so much I decided to buy the large container and just refill the smaller one for easy dispensing.
