You can use seasoning before and after cooking. A light dusting post-cook helps sharpen flavors without overpowering. Play around with mixing different flavors for contrast and complexity.TIMING MATTERS
If your seasoning has salt, apply it 45 minutes before cooking- or right before it hits the heat. Anywhere in between can pull moisture to the surface and dry it out.

This is truly the best seasoning I have ever bought. I now buy it by the 50 oz package and I use it on truly everything. It is marketed for steaks and it will make them pop. But I put it on chicken, pork, brussels, broccoli.
I put a generous amount on some chicken wings for Halloween to make "Bat Wings" in my smoker. They were so good, they created a food category just to give them a reward.
A good friend of mine turned me on to this. I have turned at least 5 others. My in-laws liked it so much, they took some home with them at Christmas. It is truly the best seasoning you can buy.
Just wonderful. I just wish that it was available at the local Whole Foods (Roseville, CA). Salt-free is a necessary option for my wife.
We love the No Salt Black. Cannot tell the difference IMO. Please make it available in the large container.
I love using this on red meat and even tried it on a pork loin I seasoned with garlic olive oil and rubbed in some sprinkles of this no salt hard core. Excellent flavor!
