    It's our take on the legendary spice blend from the bayous and swamps of Louisiana. Cajun packs a chili kick, with plenty of garlic and a hint of dried thyme. 

    TO USE: Add cajun seasoning to taste in your favorite dishes like gumbo, red beans & rice and jambalaya. Or, use it to create blackened fish or chicken.

      SEASON LIKE A PRO

      DON'T BE STINGY
      Most folks under-season. Go generous—especially on big cuts in if you're using the grill. When you flip meat some of the seasoning can shake off, so it helps to add a little extra.
      LAYER YOUR FLAVOR
      You can use seasoning before and after cooking. A light dusting post-cook helps sharpen flavors without overpowering. Play around with mixing different flavors for contrast and complexity.
      TIMING MATTERS
      If your seasoning has salt, apply it 45 minutes before cooking- or right before it hits the heat. Anywhere in between can pull moisture to the surface and dry it out.
