      Most folks under-season. Go generous—especially on big cuts in if you're using the grill. When you flip meat some of the seasoning can shake off, so it helps to add a little extra.
      LAYER YOUR FLAVOR
      You can use seasoning before and after cooking. A light dusting post-cook helps sharpen flavors without overpowering. Play around with mixing different flavors for contrast and complexity.
      TIMING MATTERS
      If your seasoning has salt, apply it 45 minutes before cooking- or right before it hits the heat. Anywhere in between can pull moisture to the surface and dry it out.

      Would be 5 stars, but it seems to run a little small. It fits, but for folks that may have a little larger cranium May have issue. Great stuff all around Jess!
