Awesome Book, like that it has special Sauce recipes to compliment dishes. Also, like that the autograph is personalized instead of just autographed. Ordered another personalized autograph for Christmas and Birthday presents.

This cookbook from Jess Pryles and accompanied by any of the spectacular seasonings from Hardcore Carnivore will take your grilling game up a few notches. Being experienced as a professional meat connoisseur, Professor Pryles offers valuable insights as well as tips that explain the science behind grilling. Knowing the basics will enhance any grillers skills. I started using the JFK method and have never gone back to the old style. Steaks now can reach their ultimate potential and bring joy to many who appreciate a good steak. Although the autograph is special, it is a bonus because the knowledge that is imparted in the book is priceless, which will allow the serious minded to attain the title of “Head Griller” in their social circles.
