    The Tres Amigos Pack features three of our favorite seasonings with Tex Mex twists:

    1 x Chili Lime - zesty & earthy chili lime made with real lime powder

    1 x Tex Mex - our fajita and taco seasoning, great for any "tex mex" flavored dish

    1 x Texas Jalapeño Salt - think of it as salt, with extra attitude. 

    Shakers are full/normal size, not "sample" size. 

    All Hardcore Carnivore rubs are made in Texas, gluten free, no MSG, no artificial colors.

    Chili Lime: Chili Pepper, Sea Salt, Paprika, Spices, Brown Sugar, Dehydrated Garlic, Lime Powder (Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Lactic Acid, Tartaric Acid, Lime Oil, Lime Juice, Ascorbic Acid [Vitamin C], Maltodextrin, Sodium Citrate), Citric Acid, and Silicon Dioxide (Less than 2% used for anti-caking).

    Tex Mex: Sea Salt, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic and Onion, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein (Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten, Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed and Soy Oil), Paprika and Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate, Black Pepper, and Silicon Dioxide (Less than 2% used for anti-caking).

    Texas Jalapeño Salt: Salt, Dehydrated Garlic and Onion, Spices, Jalapeno. Silicon Dioxide (Less than 2% used for anti-caking).

      SEASON LIKE A PRO

      DON'T BE STINGY
      Most folks under-season. Go generous—especially on big cuts in if you're using the grill. When you flip meat some of the seasoning can shake off, so it helps to add a little extra.
      LAYER YOUR FLAVOR
      You can use seasoning before and after cooking. A light dusting post-cook helps sharpen flavors without overpowering. Play around with mixing different flavors for contrast and complexity.
      TIMING MATTERS
      If your seasoning has salt, apply it 45 minutes before cooking- or right before it hits the heat. Anywhere in between can pull moisture to the surface and dry it out.
