      SEASON LIKE A PRO

      DON'T BE STINGY
Most folks under-season. Go generous—especially on big cuts in if you're using the grill. When you flip meat some of the seasoning can shake off, so it helps to add a little extra.
      LAYER YOUR FLAVOR
You can use seasoning before and after cooking. A light dusting post-cook helps sharpen flavors without overpowering. Play around with mixing different flavors for contrast and complexity.
      TIMING MATTERS
If your seasoning has salt, apply it 45 minutes before cooking- or right before it hits the heat. Anywhere in between can pull moisture to the surface and dry it out.

      So much flavor…

First time trying the Hardcore Carnivore Chili lime seasoning and we’re not disappointed. We put it on some tilapia we cooked up for fish tacos and it added so much flavor! I also tossed it with some cooked shrimp for shrimp cocktail. This is definitely one of our new go to seasonings. Hardcore Carnivore is fast becoming a fav in our spice cabinet.

Chili Lime, Meatchelada..a rose by any name...

Smells the same….great. So far there has not been a product from Hardcore that is anything other than really special. Nothing will ever beat the Black, but they are all good.

I've tried other brands and this one leaves them all in the dust.
