      SEASON LIKE A PRO

      DON'T BE STINGY
      Most folks under-season. Go generous—especially on big cuts in if you're using the grill. When you flip meat some of the seasoning can shake off, so it helps to add a little extra.
      LAYER YOUR FLAVOR
      You can use seasoning before and after cooking. A light dusting post-cook helps sharpen flavors without overpowering. Play around with mixing different flavors for contrast and complexity.
      TIMING MATTERS
      If your seasoning has salt, apply it 45 minutes before cooking- or right before it hits the heat. Anywhere in between can pull moisture to the surface and dry it out.

      The perfect mixture of spices

      The Red seasoning is, for me, the perfect mixture of spices. It works for all kinds of meat, its not to hot but still has this little hot flavor. I also tried it with scrambled eggs, works great. Last week, I existentially use it with grilled fish. What can I say? It was great as well. With no doubt, the red seasoning is my favorite.

      Hard Core Carnivore Red

      I have tried a few of their products and decided to pick up a jar of Red at the Kansas City BBQ Store to try on some ribs I was planning on smoking soon.
      I applied some generously on three racks and placed them in the refrigerator overnight.
      The ribs went on the smoker early the next morning. The ribs were awesome with great flavor but not overbearing and my guests loved them. I will use this a few more times this year and it will stay in my heavy rotation for rubs.
