The Core Pack features four of our most essential seasonings in the line-up to cover all your flavor bases:
1 x Black - our original and best selling charcoal rub for beef and red meat.
1 x Tex Mex - our fajita and taco seasoning, great for any "tex mex" flavored dish
1 x Red - All Purpose seasoning with a vivid all-natural color.
1 x Sweet BBQ Rub - our sweet rub designed for ribs, butts and low n' slow meats.
Shakers are full/normal size, not "sample" size.
All Hardcore Carnivore rubs are made in Texas, gluten free, no MSG, no artificial colors.

Tex Mex: Sea Salt, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic and Onion, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein (Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten, Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed and Soy Oil), Paprika and Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate, Black Pepper, and Silicon Dioxide (Less than 2% used for anti-caking).
Red: Sea Salt, White Sugar, Black Pepper, Dehydrated Garlic, Paprika, Dehydrated Onion, Chili Powder (Chili Pepper, Salt, Cumin, Oregano and Garlic), Natural Flavor, and Silicon Dioxide (Less than 2% used for anti-caking).
Sweet BBQ Rub: White Sugar, Salt, Brown Sugar, Paprika, Fructose, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic and Onion, Mustard, Silicon Dioxide (Less than 2% used for anti-caking), and Natural Flavors.

You can use seasoning before and after cooking. A light dusting post-cook helps sharpen flavors without overpowering. Play around with mixing different flavors for contrast and complexity.TIMING MATTERS
If your seasoning has salt, apply it 45 minutes before cooking- or right before it hits the heat. Anywhere in between can pull moisture to the surface and dry it out.

I've used all 4 seasonings, great reviews from family and friends on the flavors. Best seasonings I've ever used.
I use these seasonings for a variety of things, but the BLACK seasoning for steak is top-notch. I panic a little when I'm running low of Black seasoning, haha! The Jalapeno salt seasoning goes great on almost everything, including eggs, homefries, avocado, etc. 10/10
